About the Position
We're seeking a Backend Developer with experience in .NET / Java to join our IT firm in Warsaw, Poland. You'll work on interesting projects with a remote work option.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Write clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with frontend team
- Ensure the robustness and security of applications
Requirements
- Proficiency in C# and/or Java
- Experience with API, SQL, and system integration
- Understanding of testing and code maintainability
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD
- Basic knowledge of application architecture and security
Nice to Have
- Experience in large or complex projects
- Familiarity with distributed systems, queues, or cloud solutions
- Ability to work with both new projects and existing code
- Good communication skills with analysts, testers, and other developers
- Use of AI tools to support work, not replace thinking
- Multilingual skills
