About the Position
Our DevOps team is building complex, innovative solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. The platform is currently expanding into multiple countries, meaning your work will have direct international impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the backend of a complex platform and its integrations with other applications in the stack.
- Work at the intersection of application development and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Contribute hands-on to both development and operational management.
- Optimize and improve existing web applications and platform performance.
- Collaborate closely within an agile development team.
- Help manage and improve the full development lifecycle using modern tooling and automation.
Requirements
- A true hands-on developer - this is not a team lead or managerial role.
- Comfortable joining an existing team working on a complex application landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in multiple programming languages, with strong expertise in:
- Golang (most important)
- Python (preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience developing applications running on Kubernetes, including Helm chart development and management.
- Experience with Apache Airflow is a strong plus.
- Experience with XBRL is a plus.
- Experience with performance optimization of existing web applications is preferred.
- Comfortable working with new technologies and continuously learning.
- Capable of managing and maintaining the full technology stack.
- Strong focus on code quality, documentation, and best practices.
- Familiar with modern development and DevOps tooling such as:
- Git
- GitHub Actions
- Kubernetes
- Helm
- Docker
- SonarQube
- IDEs such as Visual Studio Code or JetBrains products
- Able to manage and maintain these technologies as part of daily work.
