About the Position

Are you a skilled Back-end .NET Developer with a passion for building scalable and high-performance back-end solutions? Do you thrive in a SaaS or high-traffic environment? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to innovative projects using technologies like.NET Core, Blazor, and Azure Functions. You will be working on high traffic applications here in Delft with really the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust back-end systems using .NET Core in a SaaS or high-traffic environment.
  • Create intuitive user interfaces and components with Blazor for seamless front-end functionality.
  • Build and optimize serverless applications with Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.
  • Leverage functional programming principles to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Implement event-driven architectures for real-time and asynchronous processing.
  • Work with CosmosDB to develop scalable and efficient database solutions.
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy new features.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience with .NET Core development.
  • Hands-on experience with Blazor for front-end and back-end interaction.
  • Knowledge of Azure Functions or AWS Lambda for serverless applications.
  • Understanding of functional programming principles and their practical applications.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and their implementation in a cloud environment.
  • Proficiency with CosmosDB or other NoSQL databases.
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit tests and adhering to testing best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS or high-traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud services such as Azure DevOps or AWS CloudWatch.
