About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer for the Expansion Tracker Project within our Real Estate & Expansion area. This role is pivotal in building a Common Database for Real Estate & Expansion, catering to various business users in Real Estate and Expansion.
Location
- Helsingborg, Sweden (Preferably onsite whenever required)
- Alternatively, EU zones (full-time remote)
Start and End Dates
- Start date: 2024-10-24
- End date (renewable): 2025-02-14
Salary
- Max Price rate: 674 SEK/h
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance the Expansion Tracker Project
- Contribute to the construction of a Common Database for Real Estate & Expansion
- Support business users in Real Estate and Expansion with software solutions for property management and investment analysis
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java (different versions), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Docker
- Familiarity with agile/scrum environments
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in real estate property management software
