Responsibilities

As a Backend Engineer (Salesforce Path), you will be part of a cross-functional, product-focused engineering squad responsible for building and enhancing scalable backend solutions and Salesforce integrations.

Design and develop high-quality services
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across the globe
Help deliver reliable, secure, and customer-centric banking solutions

Requirements

Must Have

Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, integrations, and Salesforce APIs
Strong Java development experience (Java 8+, Java 11+ preferred)
Experience working with Spring and Spring Boot
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
Experience with software engineering best practices, including object-oriented design, design patterns, testing, and code quality
Experience with Git or other version control tools
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Nice to Have

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification
Experience with Salesforce integrations and related tools
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
Experience with Maven or similar build tools
Exposure to enterprise-scale applications within financial services
Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies
