Backoffice / Innendienst (m/w/d) – Glasfaserausbau & Service
Location: Norderstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, DE

Your Tasks
- Review, record, and prepare order data for technicians
- Coordinate schedules with customers, utility companies, and housing associations
- Review and archive construction site documentation
- Assist site management with planning, material management, and change orders
- General office organization, phone calls, and email correspondence

Your Profile
- Completed commercial education or comparable work experience
- Structured, reliable work approach and good organizational skills
- Proficient in office software
- Understanding of technical processes (fiber optics, installation, service) is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
