Responsibilities

As a Placement Analyst, you will:

• Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modelling, and capital markets analysis
• Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis
• Liaise with product partners
• Assist in the presentation and development of new ideas to clients
• Structure deals

Requirements

• You are graduating in 2027-2029 and pursuing a degree in any discipline
• Expected to achieve Kiitettävä (3.5 and above or equivalent) at undergraduate level in any degree discipline
• You are fluent in English and a Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian)
• Commitment to personal growth and career development
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
• Interest in business
