In your role as a Bankkaufmann als Kreditberater (m/w/d), you will be responsible for your own customers and accompany them from the application to the conclusion.

What You Bring

A completed commercial education or experience in the banking sector, e.g. Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable education
Great joy in sales
Communication and persuasion skills through friendly demeanor on the phone
Good sense to quickly recognize customer needs
Structured and results-oriented way of working
Ambition, commitment, and motivation characterize you

Your Tasks Include

Telephone consultation of your customers from the inquiry to the credit conclusion - without cold calling
Expert analysis of customer needs
Creation of individual and optimal credit offers according to customer specifications, often with exclusive CHECK24 conditions
Optimization of existing financing of your customers
Point of contact for your customers with questions and in the further process, e.g. when uploading documents or video identification procedure
You act as the link between your customer and our bank partners
