In your role as a Bankkaufmann als Kreditberater (m/w/d), you will be responsible for your own customers and guide them from application to completion.

What You Bring

A completed commercial education or experience in the banking sector, e.g., Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable education
Great enthusiasm for sales
Communication and persuasion skills with a friendly demeanor on the phone
Good sense for quickly recognizing customer needs
Structured and results-oriented work approach
Ambition, commitment, and motivation characterize you

Your Responsibilities

Telephone consultation of your customers from inquiry to credit conclusion - without cold calling
Expert analysis of customer needs
Creation of individual and optimal credit offers according to customer specifications, often with exclusive CHECK24 conditions
Optimization of existing financing of your customers
Point of contact for your customers for inquiries and in the further process, e.g., when uploading documents or video identification procedures
You act as the liaison between your customer and our bank partners
