In your role as a Bankkaufmann als Kreditberater (m/w/d), you will be responsible for your own clients, guiding them from application to loan closure.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support to customers from inquiry to loan closure - no cold calling
• Analyze customer needs expertly
• Create individual and optimal credit offers based on customer specifications, often with exclusive CHECK24 conditions
• Optimize existing financing solutions for your customers
• Serve as the point of contact for your customers for any queries and throughout the process, such as uploading documents or video identification procedures
• Act as the liaison between your customers and our bank partners

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or experience in the banking sector, e.g., Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Strong interest in sales
• Communication and persuasion skills with a friendly demeanor on the phone
• Good intuition to quickly identify customer needs
• Structured and results-oriented work approach
• Ambition, commitment, and motivation are key attributes
