Fonds Finanz Maklerservice GmbH, located in München, DE, is seeking a Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) / Baufinanzierungsberater (m/w/d) to join our team. If you have a passion for financial services and are looking to develop creative financing solutions for real estate and banking, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Accompany our brokers and clients in all aspects of their daily business related to the processing of construction financing and banking.
• Provide advice on all matters related to real estate financing, savings, and installment loans, and support the development of individual financing solutions.
• Serve as the interface between our brokers, clients, and our product providers, ensuring the quality of submitted financing concepts.
• Communicate via phone, email, and online consultation tools, quickly adapting to your counterpart, and living through service. Building a sustainable relationship with our sales partners is always in your focus.
• Contribute your expertise and passion for construction financing and banking products in various projects of our department (e.g., online training concepts and product videos).

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in the financial services sector (e.g., Bankkaufmann(m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) for insurance and financial investments, real estate merchant (m/w/d)).
• Recent graduates from banking training as well as experienced consultants from the financial or insurance sector who want to develop in the field of construction financing are equally welcome.
• Initial contact with construction financing or a strong sales orientation is a plus – what matters is your interest in actively working in this area.
• You are familiar with various financing options or want to specifically expand your knowledge to develop creative solutions for our brokers and their clients.
• Ideally, you have experience with the Europace platform – however, this is not a must.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in speech and writing.
