Bauleiter - Altlastensanierung (m/w/d)

About the Position

Join our team at our Schrobenhausen location as a Bauleiter - Altlastensanierung (m/w/d) for construction site management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Leitung und Überwachung von Baustellen im Bereich Altlastensanierung; u.a. Aushub- und Verfüllarbeiten, Abbrucharbeiten, Entsorgung
• Umfassendes Kosten- und Zeitcontrolling sowie aktive Steuerung zur Einhaltung des Budgets zur wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung der Baustellen
• Koordination der Baustellenabläufe unter Berücksichtigung von BAUER Standards im Bereich Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Führung des Baustellenpersonals (u.a. Poliere, Baggerfahrer, Bauhelfer)
• Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und internen Fachabteilungen
• Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenmanagement, u.a. Koordination, Überwachung und Abnahme von Leistungen

Requirements

• Bau- oder Umwelttechniker bzw. Hochschulabschluss im Bauingenieurwesen, Umweltingenieurwesen, Geowissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau, in der Altlastensanierung und/oder Bodensanierung von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie MS Project, Erfahrung in RIB iTwo (Kalkulation) von Vorteil
• Reisebereitschaft für Baustellen deutschlandweit (Rücksprache über regionale Einsatzorte möglich)
• Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
