About the Position
BC Principal Consultant - Texas/Remote - $150k
Our client is a mid-sized Microsoft Partner with a growing Business Central practice that is looking for a Principal Consultant who can act in a Solutions Architect and Program Manager capacity, playing a key role in this expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end ERP implementations (design, configuration, testing, go-live, support)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Provide data migration, system integrations, and third-party add-ons
- Lead both functional and technical teams in optimal customer delivery
- Develop demos for client presentations
- Support user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
- Manage multiple priorities in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
- Strong understanding of core ERP modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and/or Manufacturing
- Proficiency with Business Central configuration, workflows, and standard functionality
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business processes
- Team Leadership experience including hiring/firing and conducting employee performance reviews
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800) are a plus
