We are looking for a BD & China Desk Specialist to join our China Desk team in RSM Poland. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in the Chinese language and culture, and a strong background in business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies for China
• Act as a liaison between the company and Chinese partners
• Manage and maintain relationships with Chinese suppliers and clients
• Provide technical translations and interpretation services

Requirements

• Proficiency in the Chinese language
• Experience in business development, particularly with China
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Michalina NIEDROSZLAŃSKA 聂静 joined the China Desk team in RSM Poland in 2019. She is a doctoral student at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, studying linguistics. She holds degrees in sinology, contemporary China studies, and foreign and international service. She has been a scholarship holder at the Confucius Institute at Nanjing University and Fudan University in Shanghai. Michalina is also a finalist in the XIV edition of the national Chinese language proficiency competition "Chinese Bridge" and represented Poland in the global finals in China, winning first place in the national competition for students and doctoral candidates in sinology for a Chinese-language article on the Belt and Road Initiative organized by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Warsaw.
