About the Position

営業マネージャー/アカウントエグゼクティブ BDM, Japan

We are seeking a Sales Manager/Account Executive for our BDM team in Japan to join our growing team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Japan.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with strategic accounts in Japan to build and manage pipelines, and continuously explore new opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of M&A community events to increase Ideals' recognition.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations to customers.
  • Execute deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
  • Continuously share insights and progress reports with customers.
  • Provide appropriate customer feedback to the product development and management teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to improve customer satisfaction and company revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full 360-degree closing tasks in B2B or professional services.
  • Experience in high-speed sales environments and strong communication skills with executive-level (C-Level) individuals.
  • Successful track record in pipeline management and closing deals.
  • Excellent business communication skills to build compelling proposals and understand customer needs.
  • Native-level Japanese and basic English (A2 level or higher).
  • Knowledge of major players and market trends in the financial industry.
  • Experience communicating with C-suite (executive-level) individuals.
  • Experience in the SaaS and VDR (Virtual Data Room) industries.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
