About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct multi-channel active prospecting (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and social selling);
  • Work with strategic lists provided by Odoo, as well as develop new segmentations and approaches;
  • Map target companies and identify decision-makers (C-level, directors, and managers);
  • Generate interest and qualify opportunities in accounts with no prior contact;
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Executives team;
  • Actively and predictably build the pipeline;
  • Keep the CRM updated with strategic information about accounts and contacts;
  • Work with clear goals for generating meetings and creating the pipeline.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • High resilience and comfort with rejection;
  • Organization and discipline for consistent execution of outbound activities;
  • Hunter profile: you create opportunities and do not wait for them;
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
  • Intermediate English;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Curitiba;

Desired

  • Previous experience as SDR, BDR, or in outbound prospecting;
  • Experience with SaaS, ERP, or technology sales;
  • Familiarity with CRM, Sales Navigator, and cadence automation tools;
  • Experience in startups or fast-growing companies;
  • Advanced or fluent English.
