About the Role
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-channel active prospecting (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and social selling);
- Work with strategic lists provided by Odoo, as well as develop new segmentations and approaches;
- Map target companies and identify decision-makers (C-level, directors, and managers);
- Generate interest and qualify opportunities in accounts with no prior contact;
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Executives team;
- Actively and predictably build the pipeline;
- Keep the CRM updated with strategic information about accounts and contacts;
- Work with clear goals for generating meetings and creating the pipeline.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- High resilience and comfort with rejection;
- Organization and discipline for consistent execution of outbound activities;
- Hunter profile: you create opportunities and do not wait for them;
- Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
- Intermediate English;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Curitiba;
Desired
- Previous experience as SDR, BDR, or in outbound prospecting;
- Experience with SaaS, ERP, or technology sales;
- Familiarity with CRM, Sales Navigator, and cadence automation tools;
- Experience in startups or fast-growing companies;
- Advanced or fluent English.
