About the Position

Begleiter*in für Klassenfahrten & Erlebnisprogramme (m/w/d)

Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk Landesverband Bayern e.V. is looking for a Teamer*in to join their team for educational trips and experience programs in Bayern.

Responsibilities

• Accompany school classes and family vacations in Bavarian youth hostels.
• Support the pedagogical professional.
• Lead program points with your own ideas.
• Contribute to the community experience with joy and commitment.

Requirements

• Age: At least 18 years old.
• Participation in the mandatory DJH Basisschulung in Bayern.
• Extended criminal record and valid first aid certificate.
• Reliability, commitment, and joy in working with children and youth.

How It Works

• Register for the Basisschulung (e.g., Possenhofen).
• After completion, join the Teamer*innen-Pool and receive deployment plans for upcoming vacations (6–12 months).
• Enter your availability and be individually invited for assignments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily honorarium starting from approximately 150 € per deployment day.
