Join UnitedHealth Group as a Behavioral Health Clinician in a hybrid role, contributing to improving health outcomes and advancing health equity. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers for rebate negotiations.
  • Conduct financial modeling analytics for rebate optimization.
  • Utilize clinical knowledge of multiple therapeutic categories for manufacturer assignments.
  • Lead contract negotiation processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with UHG corporate policies and directives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contracting negotiations, strategy development, and contract redlining.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams or departments.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree (MBA or PharmD).
  • Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Experience in managed health care or pharmacy benefit management.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
