Tasks that will help you grow

The training locations are the customer centers in the AOK district directorate and the AOK training center in Pfedelbach-Untersteinbach.

In just four years, you will obtain the professional qualification of a social insurance clerk and complete the combined study program to become an AOK business manager and Bachelor of Arts in "Business Administration, Health Care Management" at the FOM University of Applied Sciences.

You will learn to support and comprehensively advise our customers,
Ensure the high quality of our extensive offerings through close cooperation with our health partners (e.g., doctors and sports clubs),
Apply legal fundamentals and learn to utilize scopes for action,
Can directly apply your knowledge in practice,
Gain a comprehensive and in-depth overview of the healthcare system,
Get insights into strategic processes and be involved in them,
Learn business administration thinking and action,
Take on initial tasks in managing employees.
