About the Position

BeyondTrust EPM Administrator (f/m/x)

We are looking for a BeyondTrust EPM Administrator / Support Engineer to support and maintain the BeyondTrust platform within an enterprise environment. The role will focus primarily on BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), with additional responsibility for Privileged Remote Access (PRA), platform maintenance, patching, troubleshooting, and policy administration. You will work closely with the existing team on the development, maintenance, and migration of BeyondTrust solutions while coordinating with the vendor to resolve technical issues and maintain platform stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for BeyondTrust EPM and Privileged Remote Access environments
• Administering BeyondTrust appliances, platform components, and security policies
• Performing platform maintenance, patching, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Managing and supporting BeyondTrust policies, configurations, and access controls
• Coordinating with BeyondTrust vendor support for complex technical issues and escalations
• Supporting the existing team with BeyondTrust development, platform migrations, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• 3 plus years of hands-on experience supporting and administering BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) in an enterprise environment
• Practical knowledge of BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) and the wider BeyondTrust platform
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and perform maintenance, patching, and configuration activities
• Experience with appliance and policy administration, including access and privilege-related configurations
• Familiarity with enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and security controls
• Knowledge of supporting platform migrations, development activities, or enhancements within an existing BeyondTrust environment
• English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred)

Nice to Have

• BeyondTrust certifications or relevant PAM certifications
• Experience working with BeyondTrust vendor support and enterprise escalation processes
• Exposure to large-scale BeyondTrust migrations or platform upgrades
• Knowledge of endpoint security and privileged access governance
