About the Position

Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

Responsibilities

• Lead business performance analysis across products, such as cross-border payments, wallets, trading, or infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to extract actionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports to support business reviews and strategic planning.
• Track and analyze KPIs across user funnels, transaction behavior, market activity, and product usage.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research within the cross-border space to identify trends and innovation opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic partner, helping product and business teams validate ideas with data and recommend initiatives based on performance metrics.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, pricing models, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Clearly communicate findings and strategy proposals to stakeholders in fluent English, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic analytics, with at least 3 years focused on Internet/cross-border products.
• Strong understanding of cross-border product models.
• Proficient in data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with Python/R for modeling or statistical analysis is a plus.
• Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for executive decision-making.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, or decentralized work environments.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
