About the Position

BI Manager (m/w/d) in München

We are seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Specialist for the Operations Team in Munich to shape the future of data analysis setup. As a BI-Expert in this area, you have the unique opportunity to leave your mark and significantly influence the data analysis setup. Through close collaboration with the management and various teams (Product, Customer Support, etc.), you will gain comprehensive insights and the freedom to implement your ideas, thus having significant scope for shaping the future.

Responsibilities

Preparation and analysis of customer data to support operational decisions
Development and maintenance of reporting and dashboard solutions (using Tableau & SQL)
Close collaboration with management and various teams to identify optimization potentials
Co-shaping the BI setup in the Operations area – your expertise will shape the future!

Requirements

At least 1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Science (Juniors with a suitable mindset and relevant skills are also welcome!)
Solid knowledge of SQL and data visualization (Tableau)
Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
Motivation to work independently and at the same time be part of a small, agile team (6-8 people)
