In Düsseldorf, we are looking for you in full-time, permanent to join our team as a BI Specialist (all genders) at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• You continuously develop our data platform, optimize data warehouse architectures, ETL processes, and data models, and integrate new data sources and modern analytics technologies.
• You analyze company data, develop meaningful reports and dashboards, and support departments and management with well-founded, data-based decision-making.
• You analyze business requirements and existing data and system landscapes, identify optimization potentials, and develop innovative BI, data, and reporting solutions for our departments.
• You present analysis results to departments, stakeholders, and decision-makers in a target-group-appropriate manner and translate complex data into understandable action recommendations.
• You analyze and validate data stocks, recognize quality defects, and develop measures for the sustainable improvement of data quality.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable education

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence

• In-depth experience with the Microsoft SQL Server platform, especially SQL Server databases, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS Tabular)

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualization

• Basic knowledge in the field of business intelligence architectures, especially data warehouse, ETL processes, data modeling, and data cubes, as well as good knowledge in Python for data analysis, automation of evaluations, and processing large amounts of data

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data platforms, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable

• Clear communication skills, analytical & structured working method, as well as a high degree of initiative, independence, and teamwork

• Very good German, English, and MS Office skills
