Bid Manager in Paderborn (m/w/d)
GSWE is looking for bid managers for Paderborn who structure public and commercial tenders for custom software, data, integration, and AI and actively turn them into won business. The focus is on tender research, requirement review, coordination of internal input, and the timely creation of convincing documents. We are looking for people who do not just manage complex requirements, but turn them into solid closing opportunities. The role is based in Paderborn, with home office available by agreement. Work combines in-person coordination at the location and home office by agreement, while day-to-day work is built on structured ownership, clean coordination, and reliable deadline management.
Responsibilities
- Structure and manage public and commercial tenders for custom software, data, integration, and AI.
- Research tenders, review requirements, and coordinate internal input.
- Create convincing tender documents on time.
- Turn complex requirements into solid closing opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience with tenders, procurement, or proposal processes.
- Very strong written German.
- Structured work under deadlines.
- Clear understanding of software, integration, and digitalization topics.
- Clean coordination with internal experts.
- Result orientation with a view toward won tenders.
