TQ-Group, a leading company in technology and quality, is seeking a Bike und Equipment Manager for our location in Inning am Ammersee. This position is initially for one year starting November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Management and organization of our marketing bike fleet (30-60 bikes)
• Procurement, management, and return/recycling of bikes
• Setup, technical maintenance, and repair of bicycles
• Logistics and shipping of bikes
• Professional and individual bike fittings for various purposes
• Management and coordination of marketing equipment for dealer, consumer, and industry events
• Support at trade shows, events, and marketing activities

Requirements

• Proficient bicycle knowledge at a mechanic level
• Strong organizational skills and independent, structured work approach
• High affinity for bicycles and e-bikes
• High service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various internal and external contacts
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and external assignments
• Class B driver's license
• Very good German skills and good English skills
