About the Position

Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

PLAION GmbH, an international company with around 2,200 employees worldwide, is seeking a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) for their team in Höfen in Tirol or Planegg, München. This role offers significant responsibility and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle accounting in the areas of creditors, debtors, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
• Support the international accounting team and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Assist with tax matters such as VAT and WHT.
• Develop and improve processes and structures, and drive digitalization.
• Contribute to the review and development of internal processes and controls.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education; certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter or equivalent is desirable.
• Ideally, experience in accounting.
• Responsible, independent, and team-oriented work approach.
• Good command of German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and new challenges.

About the Company

Around 220 employees work here in areas such as Finance, Customer Service, Stock & Supplier Management, Logistics, IT, and other central functions.

The position can be filled at either our Höfen or München location.

Salary: The salary is based on the collective agreement for commercial enterprises. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to overpayment. The actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview and will be developed further according to your individual growth within the company.
