Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Scheerer Logistik is seeking a dedicated Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) for our team in Aichhalden, Baden-Württemberg, DE. This role offers a responsible and diverse position in financial and balance sheet accounting.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of ongoing financial accounting
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Conducting and monitoring account reconciliations and balance sheet work
• Responsibility for fixed asset accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Preparation of VAT pre-notifications and other tax filings
• Support during tax audits and collaboration with auditors and tax advisors
• Creation of analyses and reports for management
• Optimization and development of existing accounting processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial education with further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial and balance sheet accounting
• Proficient knowledge of DATEV
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with a common ERP or accounting system
• Independent, structured, and meticulous work approach
• Analytical mindset and strong numerical understanding
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
