Bilingual Executive Assistant (English French)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Executive Assistant (English French) to join the team based in Chirk, North Wales. The successful candidate will join us on a full-time, permanent position and will receive a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• High-quality secretarial support for the senior executives, managing their business activities to maximize efficient utilization of time.
• Responsibility for agenda and meeting preparation and follow-up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Accurate meeting minutes preparation in both French and English.
• Translation work (verbally and in writing).
• Presentations preparation, composing business correspondence, and creating concise reports are key, day-to-day aspects of the role.
• Dealing with enquiries from other Kronospan sites.
• International travel where required to meet and exceed the needs of the role.

Requirements

• Multilingual with fluent English and a minimum C2 French.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent typing and ideally shorthand skills.
• Good quality administration and filing practice.
• Experience of managing multiple diaries and inboxes for senior management.
• Ability to maintain the utmost discretion within your day-to-day duties.
