FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day - without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
About the Position
We are looking for a Billing Manager to join our team at FitMe. The ideal candidate will oversee billing efficiency, negotiate payment terms, and analyze key performance indicators in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the key performance indicators affecting billing efficiency: authorization rate, risk metrics, and cost optimization (including detailed analytics)
- Negotiating terms and conditions with the payment providers
- Working closely with the product managers, support team, finance department, management, and development team
- Doing research on the most popular payment methods in different markets
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Billing Manager or Anti-Fraud Manager
- Experience with chargebacks, refunds, performance metrics, cost optimization, etc
- Strong analytical mindset and systematic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and formulate hypotheses and solutions to assigned problems
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience in the financial or banking sector
- Experience working with payment systems
- Understanding of unit economics and data-driven decision-making methodology
- Experience creating technical requirements for developers and running A/B tests
- Experience in negotiations with business partners
Experience Working With
- Different PSPs: Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, Checkout, and others
- Orchestration platforms, 3Ds, Payment tokenization, Chargeback protection, Amplitude, Jira, and Tableau
- Solid knowledge of alternative payment methods, e.g., PIX, Blik, Cashapp, Revolut, etc
