Billing Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Billing Manager with experience in financial management and data analysis to join our remote team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with account providers (Facebook, Google).
• Purchase necessary resources at the request of media buyers.
• Maintain financial records and reporting.
• Record all purchases and expenses.
• Collaborate with the financial manager to verify reports.
• Participate in the development and improvement of the accounting system.
• Complete daily and monthly reports.
• Support the buying team and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Participate in process optimization-seeking ways to speed up and simplify tasks.
• Correct processes and tables in case of errors or missing data.

Requirements
