Billing Specialist in Colombia, Remote

Responsibilities
- Reviewing and issuing invoices for healthcare services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Tracking and resolving billing discrepancies, cooperating closely with clients and internal teams.
- Keeping detailed financial records, including payments and client communications.
- Following up on outstanding payments to ensure healthcare providers receive what they’re owed.
- Cooperating with U.S.-based teams and healthcare providers to streamline billing processes.
- Generating reports on billing status and accounts receivable for management.
Requirements
- A sharp eye for detail – accuracy is everything in billing.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) – written and verbal.
- Experience with billing, finance, or accounting processes.
- A problem-solving mindset – if something doesn’t add up, you find out why.
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-moving environment.
