About the Position
We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team in India. This role involves managing international contracts and local Indian invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Manage international contracts, specifically in APAC/EMEA regions
- Handle local Indian invoicing, including GST/IRP/IRN
- Communicate directly with clients regarding billing issues or overdue payments
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist
- Experience in managing international contracts
- Experience with local Indian invoicing features (GST/IRP/IRN)
- Experience with B2B SaaS
Nice to Have
- Client-facing experience in handling billing issues or overdue payments
