About the Position

BIM MANAGER DATA CENTER - MADRID

We are looking for a Senior BIM Manager to join a construction project for a Data Center in Madrid, with an estimated duration of 24 months. The position requires full-time dedication and presence on-site 3 days per week.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the BIM methodology of the project, coordinating the various disciplines and agents involved to ensure the quality, coherence, and traceability of digital information during the design and execution phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM strategy and management of the project.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and federated models.
• Supervise the coordination of MEP installations and interference detection.
• Develop and monitor the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Manage common data environments (CDE) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Coordinate contractors and design and construction teams.
• Track incidents and the quality of models and deliverables.
• Manage the creation and validation of As-Built models and final documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or similar.
• Experience in BIM projects, with at least 2-3 years in BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator roles.
• Experience in Data Center projects, or alternatively in hospitals, critical infrastructures, or high-complexity industrial plants.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and MEP installation management.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Knowledge of BEP, BIM standards, ISO 19650, and document management in CDE environments.
• Ability to coordinate teams and ensure the quality of digital project information.
