About the Position

Binance is hiring for the Binance Accelerator Program- Human Resources in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Taipei, or Asia. Join a leading blockchain ecosystem for a fixed-term immersive experience in Web3.

Responsibilities

Extract and consolidate HR data from systems
Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
Draft reports to highlight trends and recommend improvements
Partner with HRBPs to address data-driven questions

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, with solid Excel skills
Self-driven, with some internship experience
A strong educational background is preferred
Data analysis skills are a plus
