About the Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with team members to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products.
  • Understand business scenarios and technical designs to create comprehensive and effective test cases.
  • Contribute to test automation using existing frameworks or develop scripts to improve testing efficiency.
  • Execute test plans and identify issues through manual and automated testing.
  • Track defects through resolution and actively participate in project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Understand project dependencies and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Linux, basic database operations, or cloud services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in software development or testing is a plus.
