Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term initiative designed for early career talent to immerse themselves in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Responsibilities
- Identity and Access Management: Manage the back-end operating systems running on the IAM platform.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM): Participate in supporting PAM.
- IAM AIbot: Maintain and enhance the functionalities of the IAM AIbot.
- Support: Provide functional and business technology support, including chat FAQ handling, account management, permission authorization, access review and control, data protection, risk identification and analysis.
- STAP Monitoring: Support in reviewing system alerts.
- System Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of system functionality and suggest improvements based on organizational needs.
- Event Correlation: Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively surface and resolve underlying issues.
- Ad-hoc Assignments: Handle ad-hoc assignments from management with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in IT/Computing related field.
- Experience: Direct experience with Identity and Access Management. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.
- Skills:
- Understanding of security protocols and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools for access control.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of AI workflows, LLMs, Vector database, Elastic search, and Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) technique.
- Proficiency in Python and Django or other software engineering tools (e.g., AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker). Web development skills are a plus.
- Languages: Bilingual English/Mandarin required.
