About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented HR – Talent Acquisition with a background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding. You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across non-tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
