About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Poland, specializing in IT business analysis with over 3 years of experience. This role offers a CONTRACT employment type and is based in Białystok, Poland, with remote work options available.

Responsibilities

Cooperating with business partners to understand their needs
Creating user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams
Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Creating project documentation
Supporting UAT tests
Cooperating with a team of programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of business analysis in IT
Familiarity with the software development cycle
Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, BPMN and UML notation, JIRA, and Confluence
Communication and analytical skills, focus on solving problems, and the ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken technical English in order to communicate freely

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SQL, SOAP, REST
Ability to create UX/UI mock-ups

Salary

6000-8000 PLN/hour
