About the Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst for our IT projects in Kyiv. Analyze business processes and form requirements for the 'Digital Capital' program.
Responsibilities
- Conducting meetings with clients and external stakeholders to gather, formalize, and model business processes
- Advising stakeholders and interested parties on optimizing and improving business processes
- Analyzing collected information to determine functional and non-functional requirements for projects
- Forming the necessary architecture of project modules
- Developing and formulating technical tasks and requirements for project development
- Participating in technical consultations with developers and architects regarding functionality
- Providing advice to stakeholders on the developed technical documentation and its features
- Preparing periodic reports on the status and progress of projects
- Advising users and team members on the features of system functionality
- Assisting in the formation, maintenance, and prioritization of project backlogs
Requirements
- Experience of at least 1 year in business analysis of IT projects
- Experience in writing technical specifications (technical tasks, FRD, SRS) for IT projects
- Experience in working with and understanding API, Swagger specifications
- Ability to model business processes (UML, BPMN) and identify problem areas
- Experience with task management systems (JIRA, ClickUp) and documentation management (Confluence, Miro)
- English language proficiency at a level that allows for reading technical documentation and formulating specifications for IT specialists
- Experience with process modeling tools (Miro, Draw.io, Camunda, etc.)
