Description
Key Tasks:
- Analysis and description of business processes of insurance products and internal company processes.
- Collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements from clients.
- Preparation of technical tasks, User Stories, Use Cases, and other project documentation.
- Modeling of business processes (BPMN, UML, or other notations).
- Participation in projects of automation and digital transformation of business processes.
- Interaction with business units, IT team, testers, and other project participants.
- Support of functionality development from the analysis stage to implementation.
- Analysis of current processes and preparation of proposals for their optimization.
- Participation in testing of implemented functionality and acceptance of development results.
- Preparation of user documentation and conducting presentations of new solutions.
Requirements
Main Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, finance, information technologies, or related fields).
- Work experience as a business analyst of at least 2 years.
- Practical experience in an insurance company or with the automation of insurance processes.
- Understanding of the life cycle of an insurance contract and main insurance products.
- Experience in gathering and formalizing business requirements.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling tools.
- Experience in writing functional requirements and technical documentation.
- Understanding of software development processes (SDLC, Agile, Scrum).
- Skills in working with Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM systems (Creatio or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in digital transformation projects of insurance companies.
- Understanding of integrations between information systems via API.
