About the Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help systematize business processes in data processing.

Responsibilities

If you:

Are able to effectively communicate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing;
Have experience implementing IT projects;
Possess knowledge of data exchange technologies, SQL, and BPMN;
Have a deep understanding of industry models;
Understand the architecture of IT solutions;
Have at least 2 years of experience working with CRM software (Creatio).

We expect you to:

Gather requirements from stakeholders and understand client business needs;
Propose solutions to meet business requirements, including concept development, technical design, use cases, testing protocols, etc.;
Configure the system to meet client needs using low-code tools;
Describe the conceptual model of the system, including goals and tasks, main requirements and constraints, system composition and structure;
Identify the value expected by the client from implementing an automated system;
Develop user interface (UI) prototypes, configure the system (interface, user workspaces, analytics, charts, etc.);
Prepare technical documentation and training materials for end users of the system.
