Business Analyst | Risk Assessment

About the Position

CS, a Ukrainian product and service IT company, is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Risk Assessment. This role serves as a bridge between business units and development teams. The main task is to transform complex business requirements into clear system solutions. The analyst is responsible for preparing software specifications and technical requirements for the development of new product features, as well as managing requirements throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Domain area: subsystems of active banking operations. Management of active operations, credit risk assessment, calculation of provisions for active operations, banking reporting, NBU (National Bank of Ukraine), IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Creating software specifications and technical requirements for solutions covering all aspects of the software lifecycle
• Conducting analytics during the project implementation phase
• Applying usability principles and best design practices to create user interfaces that improve the end-user experience
• Collaborating with development teams, implementation consultants, and project managers
• Coordinating with clients to ensure proper representation and configuration of business requirements within the financial modules of products

Requirements

• Core Skills:
  • Experience in risk assessment in banks and calculation of provisions for active operations
  • Understanding of IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IFRS 36 requirements
  • Basic knowledge of the EU regulatory framework for risk management (preferred)
  • Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and creating technical specifications
