About the Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst and Software Administrator for claims settlement to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Key Tasks

• Administration of the Company's claims settlement software.
• Providing first-line support to users (incident resolution, answering inquiries).
• Processing requests for access to systems and software, changes, or revocations.
• Initial testing of new software features and updates.
• Collaborating with the business and development team to communicate technical tasks, errors, and improvement suggestions.
• Maintaining documentation of settings and instructions.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Experience in insurance or claims settlement for at least two years.
• Experience in technical support or IT administration for at least one year (preferred).
• High level of communication skills, ability to work with various stakeholders, excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of modern IT technologies and practices for implementing information systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
