About the Position

ბიზნეს ერთეულის მენეჯერი – ოპერაციები (AI და ავტომატიზაციის მიმართულება)

We are seeking a Business Unit Manager – Operations (AI and Automation) to manage and oversee all operational activities of a designated business unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability in line with company goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operational activities of the business unit and ensures the achievement of productivity and performance goals.
• Leads and coordinates teams from various functions (logistics, supply chain, etc.), integrating AI-based solutions into operational work processes.
• Monitors and optimizes KPIs, work processes, and resources to ensure operational efficiency and high quality.
• Develops and implements process improvement initiatives, including automation and AI-based solutions, to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensures full compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and client SLAs.
• Participates in the strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting of the business unit.
• Acts as the primary contact for client communication and relationship management.
• Provides mentoring and coaching to team leaders and managers to achieve high performance.
• Prepares and presents operational reports and analyses to senior management, using data analysis and AI tools as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational management position, preferably in outsourcing, BPO, logistics, or service delivery
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems (ERP, CRM, etc.); experience with AI tools is highly desirable
