Blending Coordinator

Join SGS, the world’s leading company in inspection, verification, testing, and certification, as a Blending Coordinator. You will coordinate activities across our sites in Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam, ensuring quality control in the petroleum sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across our sites in Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam.
• Act as the key link between the customer and various departments within the petroleum division.
• Maintain frequent telephone contact with customers and build strong professional relationships.
• Manage the daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders.
• Translate orders into work instructions for surveyors and laboratory staff.
• Verify outgoing reports and invoices sent to customers.
• Work closely with colleagues from the sales team and other departments.

Requirements

• Background in the petroleum industry and/or expertise in blending.
• Strong responsibility and customer focus.
• Service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
• Dynamic, driven, and flexible with strong self-confidence.
• Perfect command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
