About the Position

BMS & Electronic Security Manager

We are seeking a Director/a de Industry & Security with a solid track record in business development, major account management, and leadership of operations in the Industry 4.0, Energy, Utilities, and Security sectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the unit, leading multidisciplinary high-performance teams, and managing strategic technology projects for some of the most relevant companies in the market, including IBEX 35 accounts.

This is a position with direct impact on the strategy, profitability, and evolution of the business.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the business and growth strategy of the business unit.
• Manage and develop a strategic client portfolio, identifying new business and expansion opportunities.
• Lead innovative projects related to Industry 4.0, OT systems, IoT, industrial automation, security, and digitalization.
• Participate in high-level negotiations with C-Level interlocutors.
• Design commercial action plans and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability objectives.
• Manage the profit and loss account (P&L), ensuring the achievement of financial and operational objectives.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of over 50 professionals distributed between Spain and Latin America.
• Promote talent development, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results orientation.
• Establish strategic alliances with clients, partners, associations, and key sector players.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
• MBA highly valued.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish.

Experience

• More than 10 years of experience in leadership positions within technology consulting companies or solution integration.
• Proven experience in the Industry 4.0, Energy, Utilities, and/or Security sector.
• Solid background in business development and major account management.
• Experience in defining and executing growth, profitability, and sustainability-oriented strategies.
• Management of complex organizational structures and high-demand environments.

Technical Knowledge

Experience and knowledge in the following areas will be valued:

• OT and SCADA systems.
• Industrial IoT.
• PLCs and automation.
• Digital Twin.
• Asset Management Systems.
• Electronic Security.
• Industrial communication networks.
• Advanced analytics and predictive maintenance.
• Industrial engineering and robotics applied to industrial environments.

Must-Haves

✅ Management of a P&L exceeding 5 million euros.

✅ Leadership of teams of more than 50 people.

✅ At least 5 years of experience in technology integrators or leading companies in the sector (Indra, Capgemini, Alten, Altran, SICE, ETRA, among others).

✅ Deep knowledge of the Industry 4.0, Energy, and/or Security markets.

✅ Proven ability to generate business and develop high-level relationships with strategic clients.
