About the Position
BO Project Coordination Associate (Vietnamese Speaker)
This role will be supporting the DA Delivery team by familiarizing HUB processes specific to Projects, KPIs, queries for all collection services and execute them in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources as per SOP & SLAs as per aligned timelines.
Responsibilities
- Track country level project set up together with DA COE & DA Delivery for each project & support progress tracking of each project.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders on an aligned frequency for each project.
- Extract data from Chrono (Power BI) as per desired frequency, compute time spent in field, % scanning etc, share questionable time spent to field team to get factual reasons and close the issue.
- Extract no of stores uploaded by Sr auditors & share questionable errors (If % error is high) to QCTEs/Sr Auditors/Vendor leads as per desired frequency, discuss & close open items after feedback from DA Delivery.
- Access common Excel tracker daily if there is any issue getting tagged to DA and work with IV, DA delivery to close it as per aligned timelines.
- Work on MSD queries related to Epics and data as per SOP & track closure as per timelines.
- Work on NRSP requests / queries as per SOP and track closure as per timelines.
- Learn / familiarize from regional Quality lead on Hotspot query investigations.
- Extract data for these projects, compute them and share it with DA Delivery lead as per aligned frequency & track closure.
- Extract data for these projects and coordinate it with DA delivery lead and PMFV team & track closure.
- Familiarize physical back check process for all services.
- Familiarize Queries from Data Science especially on Common block checks and work with DA Delivery, track progress & closure.
- Familiarise Queries commercial team for SOS & TRD studies and work with DA Delivery, track progress & closure.
- Support extraction of photos, organize to get it checked from local team track progress & closure.
- Learn about A2S/POS vendors, crowdsourcing, Asset to get an understanding about operations.
Requirements
- College degree, preferred at least 1 year of project management experience (preferably market research)
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese language proficiency is required (as to support Vietnam Market)
- High integrity record
- Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as collecting and reporting information
- Effective communication with troubleshooting approach including probing and listening, anticipating and providing solutions.
- Attention to detail and inquiring mind
- Ability to work under pressure and set timelines
- Team player with collaborative disposition
- Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enable effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
- Ability to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunity
- Product knowledge (preferred)
- Multi country market knowledge (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
