About the Position

We are seeking a Bonus System Specialist to join our fast-growing business group. In this role, you will design and optimize performance-based bonus programs, ensuring they align with company goals and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Bonus Programs: Collaborate with department heads and the Compensation Manager to create performance-based bonus programs.
  • Ensure Alignment: Make sure bonus programs align with company goals, employee performance metrics, and industry standards.
  • Automate Systems: Improve efficiency and scalability by automating bonus systems.
  • Optimize Bonus Programs: Regularly review and optimize bonus programs based on feedback, business performance, and market trends.
  • Documentation & Communication: Create detailed documentation and communication materials for employees regarding bonus eligibility, metrics, and payout structures.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with finance and HR to ensure timely and accurate payout of bonuses.
  • Market Benchmarking: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market practices in bonus program design and implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in development of bonus programs for commercial staff and performance management projects.
  • Skills: Skills in taking audits of bonus programs, analysis of its efficiency, preparing audit reports, and follow-up implementation of recommendations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Google Spreadsheets and Docs, Pivots, and KPIs automation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to details, critical thinking, and writing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing total rewards.
  • Understanding of KornFerry and Mercer methodology.
