Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: Create, update, and delete purchase orders within internal plants.
• Material Tracking: Monitor no/slow mover materials.
• Inter-Organizational Movement: Ensure smooth material movement across different organizations.
• Order Status Monitoring: Track order status and escalate delays when necessary.
• Order Confirmation: Update order confirmation in purchase orders.
• Procurement Support: Assist procurement planners/engineers in daily operational tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation, training materials, and process guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Transfer Orders: Create transfer orders for material movement within plants.

Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BBA / MBA
• Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Skills:
  • Core Skills:
    • SAP MM Module (Preferred)
    • Power BI (Preferred)
    • Microsoft Excel
    • PowerPoint Presentation
  • Soft Skills:
    • Good Communication (Fluent in English)
    • Interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Willingness to work with smart techniques
