Currently, we are looking for people for the position of:

Responsibilities

• Daily active support of the 360 Consultants team,
• Participation in business negotiations with strategic Clients of the company,
• Implementation of strategic recruitment projects of the company,
• Independent management and development of the subordinate team,
• Responsibility for the branch budget.

Requirements

• Experience in a position responsible for managing a team's work,
• Highly developed sales competencies,
• Highly developed recruitment competencies,
• Ability to be a true mentor to the team,
• Creativity, communication skills, and a sense of humor,
• Ability to engage more than just what is necessary,
• Knowledge of how to be a "Wise Boss" :)
